1.1 本协议是您与思念宝平台之间关于您使用思念宝服务所订立的协议。
1.2 本协议内容包括协议正文及所有思念宝已经发布或将来可能发布的各类规则。
2.1 思念宝提供数字纪念、数字人/数字宠物创建、AI 辅助互动等服务。
2.2 拟人化互动服务（含 AI 聊天）仅向年满 18 周岁的用户提供。使用前须完成年龄确认、紧急联系人填写及 AI 互动告知确认。
2.3 本服务由人工智能驱动，不具备人类情感意识，不能替代现实社交或专业心理咨询。
3.1 平台在 AI 互动界面显著标识「本服务由人工智能驱动」。
3.2 用户可随时通过「结束本次 AI 互动」等方式退出，平台不得设置障碍。
4.1 用户应当遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规及《人工智能拟人化互动服务管理暂行办法》。
4.2 用户不得利用本服务从事违法违规活动。
4.3 创建纪念对象须确保具备合法授权。
5.1 平台软件及界面设计的知识产权归思念宝所有。
5.2 用户上传的内容，用户保留相关权利。
6.1 AI 生成内容仅供参考与纪念辅助，不构成医疗、心理或法律意见。
6.2 因不可抗力导致的服务中断，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
7.1 用户可通过 App「帮助与反馈」-「合规投诉」提交申诉，15 个工作日内处理。
8.1 我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。
8.2 修改后的协议将在应用内及思念宝首页公布。

2.2 Users can create exclusive digital representations by uploading photos and text information.
2.3 We are committed to providing users with a safe, stable, and high-quality service experience.
3.1 Users shall abide by relevant laws and regulations.
3.2 Users shall not use this service to engage in illegal or irregular activities.
3.3 Users shall respect the legitimate rights and interests of others and not infringe upon others' privacy.
4.1 The intellectual property rights of all content in this service belong to SinianBao.
4.2 Users retain the relevant rights to the content they upload.
5.1 We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
5.2 We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from your use of this service.
6.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
6.2 The modified Agreement will be announced within the application and SeedNear home page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modified Agreement.
